Fuel briquettes - it is biofuels for solid fuel boilers, which is produced from renewable natural sources. They are a product of pressing the waste of the agro-industrial complex, wood, peat. Fuel briquettes are used as solid fuel for fireplaces and stoves of all kinds, including solid fuel boilers for heating systems. Since fuel briquettes are an eco-friendly product and burn virtually smokeless, it is ideal to use them to heat living quarters, baths, tents, greenhouses, vegetable pits, etc.
For Ukraine, the problem of heating in the cold season is a top priority. How much will natural gas cost? How environmentally friendly are traditional fuels: coal, oil, gas, fuel oil? Their stocks are not endless, and with the current level of consumption, demand for them is outstripping supply.
What is the future way for us and our children to use heat and electricity?
More and more recently, the question of the use of alternative and clean, renewable energy sources has been raised.
Today, modern technologies make it possible to turn wood waste into fuel briquettes that can be heated by any type of house; they do not require expensive conversion of furnaces and boilers, such as gas or fuel oil. It is a great alternative to coal and firewood for solid (natural) draft solid fuel stoves as well as fireplaces. Fuel briquettes do not sparkle when burning, do not emit coal, give an even and long flame, when they are combusted, does not emit carbon monoxide. Sulfur emission is 0.032%, which in no way pollutes the air.
Briquettes are made from wood waste, which is usually simply thrown away. Every second, the "weight gain" of European and Russian forests is 25 cubic meters, while only 13 cubic meters are cut down. That is, briquettes are actually an inexhaustible source of energy, unlike oil or coal, whose reserves are limited. Moreover, their combustion helps to maintain the natural atmospheric balance: trees absorb as much carbon dioxide as they produce during the burning of briquettes, and when burning briquettes, the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere does not exceed the amount of emissions that would be generated by the natural decomposition of wood.
The briquette is a cylinder of pressed dry sawdust and shavings, 70 mm in diameter, up to 100 mm in length. Do not apply any adhesives or resins when pressing briquettes. The binder is "lingin", which is contained in plant cells.
Fuel briquettes are long, hot and beautifully burning and smoldering (more than 4 hours), they are safe - they do not shoot in the tub and do not spark. Their heat output (heat) is equal to the heat output of anthracite coal. According to observations - they burn three times longer than ordinary firewood.
According to scientific and scientific data, heat is released from 4400 Kcal / kg to 5100 Kcal / kg, while dry firewood emits heat of about 2930 Kcal / kg, black coal - 4900 Kcal / kg.
After combustion of fuel briquettes, ash practically does not remain - not more than 0,1% by weight of the briquette, while at combustion of coal ash (slag) remains from 20 to 40%, practically there is no release of carbon monoxide (50 times less than coal).
Fuel briquettes are widely used in Europe, America for over 20 years.
And the demand for them is increasing year by year!
The main advantages of fuel briquettes
• 1 ton of fuel briquettes = 5 m3 firewood
1 ton of fuel briquettes gives more heat than 5 m3 (dump truck) of ordinary birch firewood of natural humidity.
The heat transfer per unit of weight exceeds ordinary firewood 2-3 times and practically the levels of coal.
Due to the smaller volume occupied by Eurobonds, you will be able to save storage space and have the opportunity to keep the required fuel supply directly in the boiler room. You no longer need to run through the cold at night into the wood.
• Convenience and time
Suitable for all types of boilers, stoves, fireplaces running on firewood, coal, pallets, peat (solid fuel). Excellent burn in barbecues, barbecues, grills and more. Well ignited, provide a constant combustion temperature.
• Clean, convenient packaging.
When transferring and bookmarking Eurodroves, you will not get dirty or point it indoors.
Have a high burning time (40 minutes) and smoldering (up to 200 minutes). Compared to ordinary firewood, a bookmark in the oven can be made 2-3 times less frequently.
When combusted, they form a minimum of ash - about 20 times less than wood and 40 times less coal. As a result, the boiler, stove or fireplace is much easier to clean, and its need is several times less frequent.
Fuel briquettes will cost you less than the equivalent amount of firewood.
Due to the smaller formation of combustion products, there is a significant saving on the services of carbon black (3-4 times).
Ash (0.3-1.0%), which is formed during combustion of fuel briquettes, can later be used as a mineral fertilizer.
• Ecology and security
Fuel briquettes are an extremely clean product in sanitary terms, since no chemical additives or adhesives are used in the production process.
Does not contain dust and allergy-causing spores.
When burning do not spread the unpleasant odor, as well as, do not shoot or spark, practically do not emit smoke, soot, carbon monoxide and other harmful substances, unlike firewood or charcoal.
• When stored, fuel briquettes are not self-igniting when the temperature rises, because they do not contain hidden pores. Not explosive, unlike gas, diesel, etc.
• Fuel briquettes have a wide range of applications
They can be used for heating cottages, houses, fireplaces, stoves, storage and production facilities, farms, greenhouses, saunas, boilers for solid fuel, rail and other places where there are installations that run on solid fuel.
